Reception

When is the reception open and when is it possible to check in?
 
Reception is open in the afternoon from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
What time is the room available if I arrive in the morning?
 
on the day of arrival the room, on request, is available from approx. 11.30 a.m.
What time is check-out scheduled?
 
The room must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure
Is it possible to arrive later than the check-in time?
 
A different timetable can be arranged on request and by agreement only
Is access to the structure autonomous?
 
Yes each guest is provided with a key to the automatic gate for parking and a key for access to the facilities to their room
When can the balance of the stay be paid?
 
it is possible to pay at check-in or the evening before departure from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. or on the morning of departure at check-out

Rooms

Do the rooms have separate or double beds?
 
The rooms are all equipped with double beds; separate single beds are possible on request
Is the linen provided?
 
yes, both for the room and the bathroom with a change provided every three days of stay
Do the rooms have a private bathroom?
 
Yes, each room has a private bathroom with shower
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
 
Yes each room has its own air conditioning
Do the rooms have a private balcony?
 
No, you can use the communal terrace or the garden
is smoking allowed in the room?
 
Smoking is not permitted either in rooms or on the premises
Does the room have a kitchenette?
 
No, and cooking is not allowed in the room

Pool

From which period is the pool open?
 
The pool is open indicatively from 20 May to 30 September depending on the weather conditions of the period
What times is the pool open?
 
The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
is it possible to get pool towels?
 
Yes, they are available at reception at a cost of € 3 each
is it possible to bring food into the pool?
 
No for picnics, snacks and aperitifs we have set up some dedicated areas
is it possible to stay in the pool on the day of departure?
 
Yes, but only by prior agreement with the management until 12 noon
is it possible to receive guests from outside the farm?
 
No, it is not allowed to invite people who are not staying at the farmhouse

Services

What time is breakfast served?
 
Breakfast is available from 8 to 10 a.m. in the breakfast room and/or on the terrace
Is breakfast a buffet?
 
Yes, it is a buffet with savoury and sweet products
Are there products for people with food intolerances?
 
This must be specified and requested at the time of booking and only packaged single-serving food will be offered.
Is the car park private?
 
Yes, there is a free internal car park which can be accessed by means of a key supplied with the room key
Is the restaurant always open?
 
The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday. Lunchtime from 12 noon to 2 p.m., dinnertime from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
is half-board provided?
 
Yes, only for room guests at a cost of 15 euro per adult and 10 euro per child using the dedicated menu of the day
is it possible to dine à la carte?
 
Yes, the manager will give room guests a discount on the total
is it possible to stay with your dog?
 
Yes, subject to agreement with the management at the time of booking
Is there a guest animal regulation?
 
Yes, inside the property they must be kept on a leash at all times, must not have access to the pool area and must not be left alone in the room at night or during the day
Are there picnic areas?
 
Yes, we have set up an area with a barbecue grill and some other spaces where you can have your lunch/dinner
Is it possible to take lunch/dinner on the terrace?
 
No, the terrace is reserved exclusively for breakfast service and tasting our wine; dedicated spaces are provided for picnics
Is bar service provided?
 
No, it is possible to buy snacks and drinks in the vending machine and our wine at the wine cellar, marking the bottle on the appropriate notebook; we have also organised a dedicated area with a hot water kettle for a herbal tea or coffee accessible from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
is it possible to fish in the pond?
 
Yes, the pond is available for fishing but only with your own equipment and any catch must be returned to the water

Restaurant

What are the restaurant's opening days?
 
The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday
At what time is it possible to have lunch and dinner?
 
Lunch is served from 12 noon to 2 p.m. and dinner from 7 to 10 p.m.
Is it possible to have lunch and dinner on the terrace or in the garden?
 
In summer you can choose to reserve a table on the terrace or in the garden
Can those who dine in the restaurant use the pool?
 
No, swimming pool and farm park are reserved exclusively for room guests

Pets

Dog regulations
 
It is important that he does not disturb by barking, is not left in the room alone during the day and night, does not soil in the common areas and in the room. For the respect of other guests as well, we ask that he is always on a leash and does not enter the pool.

Entire structure

Is it possible to rent the entire facility?
 
You can rent the entire facility exclusively up to a maximum of nine available rooms; during your exclusive stay the entire park with pond and pool are at your disposal
Cosa comprende l’affitto dell intera struttura?
 
Comprende il numero di stanze definite al momento del preventivo in base a quanti ospiti saranno presenti in struttura, l’utilizzo esclusivo della sala colazioni e della terrazza, del parcheggio privato oltre al parco con laghetto e piscina; le stanze saranno consegnate complete di biancheria ed è previsto un cambio a meta della permanenza, il tutto da concordare con l ospite. Viene messa a disposizione anche la macchina del caffe e delle tisane fino ad esaurimento della scorta prodotti: frigorifero e piano cucina a induzione sono a disposizione in sala colazioni.
Quando posso prendere possesso della struttura?
 
Potrete prendere possesso della struttura dopo le 15:00 del giorno d’ arrivo e dovrete lasciarla libera entro le ore 10:00 del giorno della partenza.
Is it possible to request breakfast service during the stay?
 
Yes, if you would like breakfast daily the cost is euro 5.00 per additional person and it will be served at your chosen time for the duration of one hour.
Can I also request daily cleaning?
 
If you would like daily room cleaning, the additional cost is euro 20.00 per room per day. Final cleaning of the facility has an expected cost of 250.00 euros for the entire building.
How can I use the services from the restaurant?
 
Our restaurant is available for half board service with the possibility of receiving dinner at the 'agreed time also on the terrace of the farmhouse or in the breakfast room. It is possible to receive on the farm a menu dedicated to events, anniversaries and weddings; the date, time and special menu are to be agreed with the restaurant manager.
